Manage operations as a Multi-Site Operations Supervisor. Supervise personnel, ensure compliance, and enhance service quality in Hamilton, St. Catherines, and Welland regions.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure that all operations align with client specifications and high service standards. Strong problem-solving skills will be essential to anticipate issues and mitigate risks. The position requires flexibility, as you’ll interact with different shifts including the night cleaning crew and cover multiple locations.
