You will be the Multi-functional Quality Sr Mgr for the Quality Leadership Team. Our team is responsible for delivering world‑class quality, reliability, test, and inspection excellence across multiple programs.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Multi-functional Quality Sr Mgr you will be responsible for leading and integrating quality functions to drive superior product outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Lead multiple functional areas in Quality, Reliability, Test, and Inspection.
+ Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, and performance management of subordinate staff.
