Key Responsibilities

Integration Design & Delivery

• Design and develop integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Implement API-led connectivity using System APIs, Process APIs and Experience APIs.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, and data transformation.
• Integrate enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HR, data platforms, and SaaS applications.
• Apply best practices for error handling, performance, and resilience.

Architecture & Standards (Architect Focus)

• Define MuleSoft integration architecture, patterns, and reference models.
• Establish API and integration standards, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Design reusable APIs and shared integration assets.
• Review and govern solution designs across delivery teams.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise security, identity, and cloud standards.
