Role: Mule Soft L2 SME Location: Remote in Mexico Key Skills: Anypoint Platform, API-led Fulltime Permanent Position with HCLTech Mule Soft Level 2 SME to provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance for Mule Soft integration solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Mule Soft Anypoint Platform, API-led connectivity, and integration best practices.
This role involves working closely with L1 support, development teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary escalation point for Mule Soft-related incidents.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex integration issues across APIs, connectors, and flows.
Monitor Mule Soft environments, including Cloud Hub , Runtime Manager , and API Manager , ensuring high availability and performance.
