Role: MuleSoft L2 SME Location: Remote in Mexico Key Skills: Anypoint Platform, API-led Fulltime Permanent Position with HCLTech MuleSoft Level 2 SME to provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance for MuleSoft integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API-led connectivity, and integration best practices. This role involves working closely with L1 support, development teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary escalation point for MuleSoft-related incidents. Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex integration issues across APIs, connectors, and flows. Monitor MuleSoft environments, including CloudHub , Runtime Manager , and API Manager , ensuring high availability and performance.
