Job Overview
TEKsystems is partnering with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution to hire Member Service Representatives in the Jacksonville area. This is a Hybrid position with 90% of it being remote. Candidates must reside within 60 miles of Jacksonville in case on-site attendance is ever required for specific, designated training purposes.
Key Responsibilities
+ Respond to member inquiries in a high-volume, structured contact center.
+ Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services to ensure an excellent member experience.
+ Process financial transactions for savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
+ Advise members on additional products and services aligned with their needs.
+ Manage a daily call volume of 80–100+ calls.
