MSME Banking Sales Team Lead

BDO Unibank is looking for a Team Head to drive existing sales teams in achieving sales targets while coordinating with support units. The successful candidate will formulate and implement sales strategies, directly monitor team performance, and maintain credit quality.

Ideal applicants should have a degree and at least 2 years of experience in team handling and selling bank products. Strong people management and leadership skills are essential.
