MRO Sales & Business Development Manager

Team JAS is seeking a results-driven aviation MRO   Sales & Business Development   Manager  to lead revenue growth within our FAA-approved Repair Operations.

Based in Jacksonville, FL, this role is responsible for expanding our repair capabilities, strengthening key customer partnerships, and driving profitable growth across our global customer base of airlines, OEMs, and MRO providers.

The ideal candidate brings strong industry knowledge, a proactive business development mindset, and the ability to identify market opportunities that align with Team JAS’s technical capabilities and long-term growth strategy.

This individual will play a critical role in shaping and expanding our MRO portfolio while ensuring exceptional service and value for our customers.
