MRI Technologist (Float)
Envision Imaging is looking to add an MRI Technologist to our team to float between the Tarrant/Dallas region Monday – Friday, with shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM based on coverage needs. Position Pay Range: $37.51 - $48.35 Pay differential for travel. To honor long-term commitment, this role includes a $10,000 retention bonus.
Performs MRI procedures according to protocol and age-specific needs, including patient preparation. Maintains and monitors patient environment, adheres to safety procedures and contributes to the security and maintenance of the unit.
Essential Functions:
- Interfaces with patient to ascertain medical history and provides instructions and explanation of the procedure and/or exam to obtain the best possible image.
- Reviews patient charts for missed clinical information and/or consent. Screens patients for surgical and other implants, contrast allergies, etc.
