The Advanced Imaging Technologist participates in technical duties directly involved with all modalities in which they are registered including developing, initiating, and monitoring procedures for the effective utilization of the units. The Advanced Imaging Technologist actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. All duties are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures. Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs MRI procedures at a technical level requiring no constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures, following established guidelines, with ingenuity and initiative as required to prepare a diagnostic examination.
