Movers (Part Time)

Responsibilities:

• Professional representation of TMT (arrive on time, in uniform, polite). Build rapport with customer.
• Obtain feedback throughout the move (ensure ongoing Customer satisfaction and proactive solutions to issues).
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all company products, services, pricing etc. (Value to Customer/Results to TMT)
• Conduct Pre-Trip Inspections
• Clean the truck properly at the end of each day. Ensure truck is restocked and swept out.
• Wear the TMT uniform at all times.
• Ensure compliance with all policies outlined in the employee handbook and by management.
• Participates in regular training and development programs offered through Stickman University.
