Job Description
VA WORKS is hiring a Mortgage Processor on behalf of a U.S.-based client, for a Processor-level role.
This position requires hands-on experience reviewing and submitting loan conditions to lenders. Candidates without direct condition review experience will not be considered.
You will play a critical role in managing loan files, ensuring all conditions are properly reviewed, structured, and submitted to move loans efficiently toward closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Review underwriting conditions and identify required documentation
- Analyze borrower documents to ensure conditions are fully satisfied
- Prepare and submit complete condition packages to lenders
- Communicate with Loan Officers, Loan Assistants, and borrowers to obtain missing items
- Track and manage loan files to ensure timely condition clearing
