Mortgage Disclosure Desk Team Lead

A key responsibility is serving as a liaison between the mortgage disclosure desk and our origination teams. This involves partnering with the structuring of Change of Circumstance submissions and ensuring the adoption of processes that guarantee compliant Changes of Circumstance are submitted.

Assign, review, and manage MDS pipelines and priority tasks based on compliance deadlines

Partner with Training to develop and maintain and implement job aids

Assist training team members on disclosure desk procedures and pipeline management

Assist in creating and updating disclosure desk training documents

Provide subject matter expertise to team members by answering questions on workflow, compliance/regulatory issues, and company policies/procedures
