Job Description

Legatus, a membership organization for Catholic CEOs, is seeking a part-time Chapter Administrator for its Northern New Jersey Chapter which meets in the Basking Ridge area of Morris County. The Chapter Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of a local Legatus Chapter. Working under the direction of the Regional Vice President and in collaboration with the local Chapter Officers, the Chapter Administrator oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of monthly Chapter events that inspire, connect, and form Catholic business leaders.

This position blends organizational excellence, event coordination, and member engagement. The Chapter Administrator is both a behind-the-scenes organizer and a front-line ambassador, ensuring every Chapter gathering is meaningful, seamless, and aligned with the mission of Legatus.
