- Manage full bookkeeping functions for a portfolio of clients across various industries.
- Process and reconcile bank, credit card, and cash transactions accurately and timeously.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting software (e.g.,
- Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Pastel).
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, creditors, debtors, and general ledger accounts.
- Process journals, accruals, prepayments, and month-end adjustments.
- Prepare management accounts and financial reports for clients.
- Monitor cash flow and assist clients with budgeting and financial planning information.
