Monterrey Operations Manager - Lean & Growth Leader

Amazon México is seeking a senior operations leader to own and deliver the SC budget, lead long-term planning, and drive Lean initiatives across the network. You will guide culture, set clear expectations for Operations and Area Managers, and partner with HR, Finance, Facilities and IT to secure resources.

Based at a Monterrey site, you will manage a team of leaders, develop contingency plans, monitor performance, and champion best practices to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
