Responsibilities

• Preparation and execution of hot and cold kitchen dishes according to the restaurant’s standards
• Participation in menu planning and mise en place preparation
• Monitoring raw materials, inventory, and stock levels with reporting of shortages
• Adhering to HACCP hygiene and safety standards
• Coordinating and organizing the team in daily operations
• Close collaboration with the Sous Chef / Head Chef to ensure smooth operation
• Maintaining consistent performance during both high and low service periods
