Job Summary

The role of Groundskeeper & General Labor Position requires a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence for the care of the fine details. This role is vital to the company's success and involves working for three divisions of Greystone Properties. These divisions and work are as follows:

1. Multifamily Division: The maintenance of the grounds for all multifamily buildings to include occasional assistance to Maintenance in small repairs of the buildings plus painting of both exterior and interior of the buildings.

2. Corporate Housing & Commercial Division: Transportation of furniture to and from apartments, to and from the storage areas and the garages and inventory. This includes assistance with the setup and breakdown of furniture, housewares, and electronics.
