Mobile Vehicle Technician – SMR Division
Join the RAC as a Mobile Vehicle Technician in our SMR Division – a new era of mobile repair.
Compensation
- A competitive base salary of £45,378 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable), with on‑target earnings up to £57,000.
- A guaranteed overtime option that increases your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
- 40 hours per week, core hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Where you’ll work
You’ll be part of the Harlow cluster, covering areas such as Harlow, Bishop’s Stortford, Sawbridgeworth, Waltham Abbey, Epping and Hoddesdon. You’ll be out on the road in your local area, working a clearly planned schedule of appointments – no reactive callouts, just organised, pre‑booked work.
