Job Summary
The Mobile Mammography Driver & Patient Registration Representative plays a dual role in supporting community breast health services by safely operating and transporting a mobile mammography unit to designated locations while providing exceptional patient registration and customer service support. This position serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming experience and efficient registration process.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid CDL-B license, strong driving abilities, and outstanding customer service skills. Responsibilities include transporting the mobile mammography bus to various community sites, setting up for daily operations, registering patients for appointments, verifying demographic information, confirming insurance eligibility and coverage, collecting and documenting payment information, and ensuring all patient records are accurate and compliant with organizational policies.
