About the job Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
We are looking to recruit an Area Cleaning Supervisor to cover key customer contracts across Hemel Hempstead, Watford and Hatfield.
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week, 8am to 4.30pm
A Full UK Driving License is required, a company vehicle will be provided.
Core Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate cleaning operators to achieve the highest level of service to the client
- Effectively carry out site inspections using our in house system and carry out quotes
- Ensure works are delivered to the required standardsRepresent the business and meet client representatives on sites
What are we looking for?
- UK Manual Driving Licence
- Experience managing cleaning and grounds maintenance teams.
- IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
- Good communication skills, both verbal ...
