Support families at Good Shepherd as a Rapid Mobile Case Manager in Hamilton, Ontario. This full-time position involves direct client support and housing guidance in hotel overflow settings.
You will work from Wednesday to Saturday and help families navigate the housing process. Your role includes developing housing strategies, assisting with applications, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies. You will operate within a framework of trauma-informed care and effective crisis management.
