ML Systems Lead: Production-Ready & Scalable

JAC Recruitment Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced ML engineering leader to own end-to-end ML systems, from data pipelines to deployment and monitoring.

You will fine-tune large language models using LoRA/QLoRA/SFT/DPO and related approaches, and design scalable inference architectures for production workloads. You will also develop data pipelines, establish rigorous evaluation methods, and drive production readiness with observability, performance tuning, and cost-aware scaling.
