Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mixer Paint to join our team at the Paint Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately mixing and preparing paint coatings used in the finishing of roofing products, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to production standards.
Requirements Minimum NQF Level 4 - 5 Grade 12+ / Higher certificate essential. Knowledge on chemicals used in paint mixing. Forklift license will be advantageous. Experience with handling/mixing paint experience. Ability to follow instructions precisely and work with formulas. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required. Ability to read, write and communicate in English and use measuring equipment. Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
