Mitigation Manager Full-Time | Salary + Bonus Eligible | Restoration Industry Are you an experienced mitigation leader who knows how to take control of a loss, lead a crew, protect the customer experience, and keep jobs moving profitably? We are hiring a Mitigation Manager to oversee all water, fire, mold, and emergency mitigation operations from the initial inspection through completion. This is not a position for someone who has only managed from behind a desk. We need a hands-on leader who understands dry-out procedures, can establish accurate scopes, communicate confidently with adjusters and property owners, and hold a mitigation team accountable for quality, documentation, readiness, and results.
