**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **MISSION SYSTEMS ARCHITECT** to join our team supporting the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab in **STAFFORD, VA.**
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Define and translate mission objectives into system architectures, requirements, and design specifications in alignment with DoDAF/UAF standards.
+ Develop mission concepts of operations (CONOPS), operational scenarios, and performance models to ensure comprehensive mission planning and execution.
+ Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods and tools to generate, maintain, and interpret mission architecture views, ensuring traceability between mission needs and technical solutions.
+ Lead integration, verification, and validation efforts to confirm system readiness and mission success across the program lifecycle.
