Job Description
**Position Summary**
The Superintendent is the senior field leader responsible for safe, coordinated, high-quality and timely execution on large, complex or high-risk construction projects. This role owns field strategy, jobsite safety, quality, schedule performance, subcontractor coordination, field team leadership and constructability planning and drives successful delivery from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.
**Position Details**
+ Lead overall field strategy and daily jobsite operations, including logistics, staffing and manpower planning, deliveries, access, inspections, productivity, work sequencing and site-wide coordination.
+ Own field execution of the project schedule, including milestones, short-interval and look-ahead plans, trade sequencing, constraints, handoffs and recovery plans; coordinate the Prime Integrator's Takt Schedule and MOD Plan with the general contractor's CPM schedule.
