MIS Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage daily bill entries, track inventory movement, and maintain accurate stock and accounting records in the system. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, error-free data entry and support smooth coordination between accounts and warehouse/store operations. Key Responsibilities: 1.Bill Entry & Bill Tracking Enter all purchase/sales bills and invoices into the system on a daily basis Maintain a tracker of all bills received, entered, and pending — ensuring no invoice is missed or duplicated Cross-verify bill details (vendor, amount, quantity, tax) against physical/scanned copies before entry Flag discrepancies or missing bills to the accounts team promptly 2.Inventory Tracking Maintain real-time inventory records in the system Reconcile physical stock counts with system records periodically Report stock discrepancies, shortages, or excess to the reporting manager 3.Stock Receiving (Inward) Record incoming stock/goods...
