Mining Asset Care & Reliability Engineer

Pragma Global is seeking a Physical Asset Management Specialist in the Mining sector, stationed at the client’s site in Gauteng. You will develop and implement asset management processes aligned with industry best practices and support continuous improvement.

The role requires 3+ years in asset care or reliability, plus strong Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills. You will train staff, analyse performance trends, and coordinate with contractors to deliver projects safely.
