About The Opportunity
The Mine Trainer will demonstrate leadership, develop, prepare, and update training materials to ensure operators receive adequate training in their specific work tasks and to evaluate competency in all modules under the MLTSD program # (underground hard rock miner common core). He/she will provide training in both a classroom environment and underground, monitor and review operator activity to ensure compliance with best practices, and, in cooperation with the Mine Captain and Supervisors, identify and prioritize training needs.
