is currently assisting several clients across BC with their millwright roles. We have clients in Kamloops, Kelowna, Salmon Arm, Fort St. John, Dawson Creek, Penticton, Grand Forks, Williams Lake, Prince George, etc. These are all permanent onsite positions, offer a variety of shifts (morning, afternoon and evening) days and nights, 8 - 12 hours per day.
Responsibilities Maintains, repairs, installs, assembles and modifies equipment Lubrication of machinery, seal replacement, cleaning of parts during overhauls and preventative maintenance. Reads and creates blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures. Enter work requests and order parts and materials with CMMS Install, repair and maintain airlines, pneumatic and hydraulic systems Maintain and monitor equipment using predictive and preventive techniques. (Vibration analysis, stethoscopes, strobe lights and thermal imaging.) Troubleshoot electrical problems, make decisions necessary to re...
