We are seeking a highly driven, technically capable, and safety-conscious maintenance team member with strictly non-negotiable foundry or heavy engineering experience for our demanding operation. This is not a role for someone who simply completes assigned tasks and waits for the next instruction. We are looking for an exceptional individual with a genuine passion for their trade, strong personal pride in their workmanship, and the maturity to operate with minimal supervision to ensure minimal downtime.
