This role involves problem-solving under pressure and working day, night, or weekend shifts as needed. Your skills will directly contribute to successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Rotate with 2 or 3 weeks on – 2 or 3 weeks off
• Work 10-12 hours daily, including Sundays if required
• Manage high-pressure situations with effective decision-making
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Millwright
• Ability to thrive under pressure in critical situations
