The Millwright is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement of all mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automation, welding, and coating line equipment within the manufacturing facility. The incumbent will ensure maximum equipment reliability, plant availability, product quality, and operational efficiency through effective preventative and breakdown maintenance practices. The role supports the production of steel fencing products by maintaining welding machinery, wire processing equipment, conveyors, motors, pumps, PLC-controlled systems, and coating bath line equipment while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
