This role is responsible for maintaining and improving equipment in a fast-paced veneer drying facility where veneer sheets move through conveyors, dryers, are stacked, graded, and prepared for shipment. As part of the Maintenance Team, you will support safe, reliable, and efficient production while driving continuous improvement to maximize output and product quality. The position requires a hands-on, flexible approach to maintenance tasks that may extend beyond traditional millwright duties.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform maintenance and repair on industrial manufacturing equipment, including dryers, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and pneumatic systems, to ensure safe and reliable operation.
