We're hiring **Millwrights / Industrial Service Technicians** to support maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment at local customer facilities. This role is ideal for candidates with mechanical, welding, construction, or maintenance experience who enjoy hands-on work and solving problems in the field.

+ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial equipment
+ Install, assemble, and align machinery and conveyors
+ Perform rigging, equipment moves, and steel assembly
+ Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
+ Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed
+ Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
+ Work with a team to complete maintenance and service projects
