Mill Operators

Core Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor milling machines (including CNC horizontal, vertical, and bar feed lathes) to cut, drill, bore, grind, and shape metal and other solid materials. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure parts meet exact tolerancances. Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished products to verify they meet quality and dimensional standards. Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine maintenance, clean machines, replace worn tools or parts, and follow strict safety protocols to protect equipment and personnel.
