As a Mill Manager, you'll report to the General Manager, overseeing mill operations while implementing best practices. Your focus will be on recruitment, training, and establishing KPIs to enhance performance and safety in a challenging environment. You will also manage sustaining capital projects to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
