About the Role

Join Amrize as a Mill Helper – Night Shift. As a member of the Stouffville site team, the Mill Helper will execute the daily tasks of cleaning, monitoring and maintaining the Sand and Gravel Plant in accordance with Amrize Best Practices and Policies. The role also includes administration related to equipment maintenance. This is a night shift position.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture through engagement with employees, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring the site meets or exceeds Amrize and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain the plant and surrounding site safe, presentable and functional.
• Support the Environmental Department in developing and managing operational standards to reduce environmental impact.
• Operate and maintain assigned equipment to OEM specifications and industry best practices.
