**Gruppo Lactalis Italia** is looking for a Milk Technician Specialist-Sicilia to join the Milk Purchasing Department of the **BU Milk**.
Reporting to the Milk Technician Manager of the BU Milk, the resource will have the following responsibilities:
* Manage the relationship with milk suppliers starting from the first contacts, supporting them during the contract execution period regarding administrative, commercial, and technical aspects (managing the quality aspects of collected milk);
* Coordinate the logistical and administrative aspects of collection based on assigned KPIs and the plant's needs, in collaboration with the central structures of the Milk Purchasing Department.
