NOW HIRING – CNC Operators, MIG/TIG Welders, and Machine Shop Leaders

Location: Fostoria, OH (temporary) | Alvada, OH (permanent)

Pay: $24–$34/hour (based on experience and welding test)

A well-established machine shop, operating since the 1990s and rooted in Alvada and Findlay, OH, is growing and currently hiring for several key positions. While the new facility in Alvada is under construction, work is being conducted out of a rented warehouse in Fostoria.

Available Positions:

CNC Operator

CNC Lathe Operator

MIG/TIG Welder (Certification not required)

Shop Leader – Must be able to set up CNC machines, read blueprints, and create parts from raw material

Job Responsibilities:

Interpret and work from blueprints to complete custom parts

Perform cutting, welding, sanding, and fabrication from raw materials

Operate CNC machines with accuracy and efficiency
