Midstream Planning Lead (Based Jakarta)

MIDSTREAM Planning Lead will be responsible for overseeing all planning and scheduling activities for an onshore gas plant EPCIC project. This role will ensure the development, integration, monitoring, and reporting of the project master schedule across engineering, procurement, construction, Offshore Installation and commissioning phases. Based in Jakarta, the role requires close coordination and collaboration with contractors, internal stakeholders and project management team to ensure project milestones are achieved.

MIDSTREAM Planning Lead is expected to lead and mentor a team of planners, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to best practices in project planning and controls. The position plays a critical role in identifying schedule risks, mitigating delays, and supporting timely project delivery within agreed timelines.
