The Senior Learning Assistant (LA) role serves to support learning inside and outside the classroom. Working under the supervision of the Teacher and Divisional Principal, the Learning Assistants ensure that all students have a safe and supported environment during recess, lunch, and transitions from class to class.
Responsabilidades e atribuições
Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Support learning in classrooms;
Supervise students during recess and lunch;
Supervise students during after-school activities (1 hour);
Support teachers in the preparation of materials for learning;
Supervise the instruction of a small group of students with teacher support;
Supervise students or adults during ISC Academy, Wellness or Athletic program;
Provide supervision and/or substitution in classes when a teacher is absent.
Requisitos e qualificações
Bachelor and/or licenciatura concluded (teaching license) in Language in English/Portuguese...
