Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor international air shipments from receipt of instruction through delivery to the final destination.
- Analyze and validate operational information, documentation, and requirements for export processes.
- Make reservations with airlines, issue shipping documents, and coordinate pickups/collections.
- Maintain constant contact with clients, suppliers, agents, and internal departments to ensure visibility and updates on shipments.
- Monitor timelines, costs, and operational stages, ensuring process quality and compliance.
- Manage and resolve operational incidents and propose improvements to increase efficiency.
- Update internal systems and ensure the integrity of shipment data.
- Support team development by sharing knowledge and providing technical guidance.
