Microsoft Dynamics Unified Service Desk (USD) Specialist
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Unified Service Desk (USD) Specialist (f/m) with high level of English and hands‑on experience to join our technical team. The position is 100% remote within Spain.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain customizations within Unified Service Desk (USD), including hosted controls, actions, events, and toolbars.
- Implement and configure CTI adapters and connectors for USD.
- Develop custom hosted controls and frontend logic using C#/.NET (WPF) and JavaScript.
