Microsoft 365 Collaboration Operations Engineer

Position Description:

CGI is seeking a Microsoft Collaboration Operations Engineer to support the daily operations, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise collaboration platforms. This role is responsible for providing advanced operational support, incident management, troubleshooting, and platform monitoring across Microsoft services. The engineer will work closely with support teams, infrastructure partners, and business stakeholders to maintain platform health, resolve complex issues, and ensure a high-quality user experience.

We partner with 15 of the top 20 banks globally, and our top 10 banking clients have worked with us for an average of 26 years!.

This role is located at a client site in Lafayette, LA, Knoxville, TN, Columbia, SC, or Plano, TX. A hybrid working model is acceptable.
