SRG are delighted to be working with an innovative diagnostics organisation based in Scotland's Central belt as they look for a microfluidics engineer to support their product development function.
The Role
As a Microfluidics Engineer you will be responsible for the design and development of microfluidic architectures using CAD. You will then utilise computational fluid dynamics simulations to optimise fluid flow. Working alongside a scientific team you will automate assay development workflow, designing prototypes for testing. You will adapt designs for high-volume injection moulding, which will include managing draft angles, wall thickness and tool inserts.
