Overview of the Role

The role is accountable for end‑to‑end operational management of the MFES platform and all associated components across Production, Pre‑production, B2B, and Development environments. This is a business‑critical role; MFES supports mainframe‑equivalent financial processing workloads, and any platform instability has direct impact on business operations.
