Globetrek Expedition is a Delhi-based MICE and corporate group travel agency specializing in large-scale incentive travel and corporate group trips across 30+ countries. We are looking for a MICE Operations Executive to join our team on-site in Dwarka, Delhi, and manage the operational backbone of our corporate travel and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) trips.
This role is suited to someone who has worked in travel operations or corporate group travel before and understands what it takes to run logistics for a group, not just book a single traveler.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for MICE and corporate group trips
- Manage hotel and vendor bookings across multiple destinations
