**Job Description**
The **Molding Maintenance Manager** is responsible for leading all maintenance activities within the molding operation to ensure maximum equipment uptime, reliability, and efficiency. This role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance for molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and tooling while driving continuous improvement, cost control, and safety compliance. The position partners cross-functionally to support production goals, product quality, and operational excellence.
